These terms apply when you use HostingPie Call-In-Chat, provided by HostingPie. By creating an account you agree to them.

Your account

Give accurate details when you sign up and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account, including your team members.

Free trial

New accounts get a 7-day free trial, which starts once we approve the account. One free trial per business and mobile number. We may decline or end a trial that looks like a repeat or misuse. When the trial ends, the chat is hidden from your website until you activate a paid plan; your data is kept.

Plans and payments

Plans are billed monthly or yearly in INR, at the prices on our website when you pay. You pay by UPI or bank transfer. Your plan is active for the period you paid for; renew before it ends to keep the chat on your website. Each plan has a number of agents and websites; you can upgrade at any time.

Refunds

You can try every feature free before you pay, so payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it or if we cannot provide the service you paid for.

Acceptable use

Don’t use the service for spam, illegal content, harassment, or to collect information you have no right to collect. You are responsible for following the laws that apply to your website and your visitors. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Service

We work to keep the service running and your data secure, but we can’t promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last three months.

Ending your account

You can stop using the service at any time. Ask us to delete your account and data at [email protected].

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Changes

We may update these terms. We’ll tell you about important changes by email or in the app.
