How does the free trial work?
Sign up, choose a plan and try everything for 7 days. No card needed. We review each new account before the trial starts.
What happens when the trial ends?
The chat is hidden from your website until you activate a plan. Nothing is deleted: your chats, widgets and team are kept, and everything works again as soon as you activate.
How do I pay?
Contact us on WhatsApp, phone or email and pay by UPI or bank transfer. We activate your account as soon as the payment arrives. Paying yearly saves 20%.
Do my visitors need to install anything to call?
No. Calls work in the browser on phones and computers. The browser asks for microphone permission once.
Will it work on my website?
Yes. It works on any website: WordPress, Shopify, WHMCS, Wix, or your own code. You paste one line of code before the closing </body> tag.
Can my team answer from their phones?
Yes. Open the app on Android or iPhone and add it to the home screen. You get notifications for new chats, messages and calls.
Can I change my plan later?
